Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. pumpkin
4 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients together.
Sift next 5 ingredients together.
Add second mixture to first mixture.
Add nuts and pour into a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Bake 40 minutes at 325\u00b0.
After cake is cool, spread with cream cheese frosting.
