Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1 3/4 c. milk
3 c. fresh, frozen or canned corn
3 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan; stir in flour, salt and sugar.
Cook until bubbly.
Add milk and cook until thick.
Stir in corn.
Stir in eggs that have been beaten until frothy.
Pour into well-buttered casserole and set in a pan of hot water.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about an hour.
