Spiced Peach Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. gelatin
8 oz. cheese
1 can spiced peaches
1/2 c. pecans
Preparation

Prepare gelatin by package directions using peach liquid as part of water.
Stir in cheese.
Blend well.
Refrigerate until partially thickened.
Add chopped pecans and peaches.
Pour into lightly greased mold.
Chill until firm.
Serve on lettuce leaf topped with mayonnaise.
