Ingredients

lean beef (such as round steak)
1 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. soya sauce
Preparation

Cut steak into thin strips.
It is easier to cut if partially frozen.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat in nonmetal pan; marinate overnight.
You can use any amount of meat, just make sure you increase marinade amount in order to cover meat. In morning, remove meat; pat dry.
Bake on cookie sheets 6 to 7 hours at 100\u00b0.
Turn oven off; let sit overnight.
Store in plastic bags.
