Beer-Cheese Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
    1 c. finely grated Cheddar cheese (sharp; 4 oz.)
    1/2 tsp. coarsely ground pepper (optional)
    1 (12 oz.) can warm beer (1 1/2 c.)
    1 egg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a 2-quart casserole dish, or generously grease and flour a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
