Frozen Pastry(Makes 5) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. shortening
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar and salt together and blend in shortening. Add cold water, white vinegar and egg.
    Beat with fork and add to flour mixture.
    Again, mix with fork or hand well.
    Shape into 5 balls.
    Wrap in wax paper; chill 1 hour.
    May be used fresh or frozen in ball or rolled out in pie tin and then frozen.
