Imperial Crab Meat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. parsley
    1 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 lb. crab meat
Preparation
    Saute green pepper in butter.
    Blend in flour and add milk gradually to make a cream sauce.
    Remove from heat.
    Add egg as mixture cools.
    Add Worcestershire sauce, parsley and crab meat and blend.
    Place in greased baking dish and bake 20 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
