Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork tenderloin
    1/2 c. fat
    1 c. onions
    2 c. celery
    1 can bean sprouts
    1 can mushrooms, drained
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. soy sauce (or to taste)
Preparation
    Boil
    the
    bones off a turkey or chicken carcass.
    Pick off meat.
    Add\tsalt,
    pepper and sage to taste to the broth. Stir in cornmeal until thick (very thick).\tPour in a buttered loaf
    pan. Put
    in freezer until hard enough to slice.
    Slice off
    as needed. Roll in flour and fry until brown.
    Serve for breakfast, lunch or dinner in place of meat.
