Corn And Oyster Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream-style corn
    1/4 c. pimento, chopped
    1 can frozen oyster stew, thawed
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    20 to 22 crackers, rolled
Preparation
    Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl, saving 1/2 cup cracker crumbs for topping.
    Pour into casserole dish.
    Top with 1/2 cup cracker crumbs mixed with 2 tablespoons melted butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
