Golden Glow Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 package (3 oz.) sugar free orange-flavored gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple in natural juices
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Cold Water
3/4 cup finely shredded carrots
Preparation

In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
Add lemon juice and enough cold water to pineapple juice to make 1 cup.
Stir into gelatin.
Chill until slightly set.
Stir in pineapple and carrots.
Pour into a 4 cup mold coated with nonstick cooking spray; cover and chill until firm.
Unmold.
Yield:
6 servings.

1/2 fruit. Serving:
1/6 of recipe.
