Southern Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white corn syrup
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/3 c. melted butter
    3 eggs, beaten
    dash of vanilla
    pinch of salt
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except pecans.
    Mix well.
    Stir in pecans. Pour into an unbaked 9-inch pastry pie shell.
    Bake 45 to 50 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Cool.
    Serve plain or with vanilla ice cream on top.
