Roast In Mustard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    rump roast
    1 large jar mustard
    1 box coarse salt
Preparation
    Put a heavy layer of salt and mustard all over roast.
    Cook on grate close to coals.
    Turn carefully.
    Cook for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours.
    If crust starts to fall off, set on piece of foil to finish cooking.
    When done, break off crust and slice.
