Chili Eggs - cooking recipe

2 (4 oz.) cans whole green chiles
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese
8 eggs
Preparation

Remove seeds from chiles and lay them flat in a well-greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch casserole dish.
Whip the eggs until foamy and combine with cheeses; pour over the chiles.
