Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
    1/2 stick margarine
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Boil squash until tender; drain well.
    Add all ingredients except crackers and margarine.
    Pour into greased casserole.
    Top with cracker crumbs.
    Pour melted margarine over top.
    Bake 20 minutes or until brown and crusty at 350\u00b0.
