Roll Recipe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. milk, scalded
    3/4 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. water
    4 eggs, beaten
    3 qt. flour
    1 cake yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. lukewarm water and 1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Scald milk.
    Add butter, sugar and salt.
    Allow to cool.
    Add water, eggs, yeast and flour, 1 quart at a time.
    Knead; allow to rise to double in size.
    Push down; allow to rise again.
