Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 drops black walnut flavoring
    1/2 c. black walnuts, chopped fine
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. shredded carrots
Preparation
    Mix sugar and oil in mixing bowl; add eggs 1 at a time, mixing well after each egg.
    Add vanilla and walnut flavoring, carrots and chopped nuts and flour.
    Pour into well greased tube pan; bake 1 1/4 hours at 350\u00b0 (do not open oven door as cake will fall). For best results, measure flour first, then sift 3 times.
