Corn Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cornmeal
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. melted shortening or margarine
Preparation

Add sugar to cornmeal and stir.
Combine eggs, water and shortening.
Pour 1/2 liquid into mix; blend.
Add rest of liquid and beat.
Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
Makes 12 muffins.
