Broccoli Cauliflower Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. cut up Velveeta cheese
    1/8 tsp. salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and cauliflower separately.
    Drain and cool. Add flour to 2 tablespoons melted butter and stir over low heat to make a smooth paste but do not brown.
    Drain mushrooms.
    Mix liquid with milk.
    Gradually add to flour/butter mixture.
    Cook, stirring frequently until mixture thickens and add cheese.
    Season with seasonings.
    Add mushrooms.
