Melt In Your Mouth Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken, boiled and cut up
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Boil together cream of chicken soup with the 2 cups of broth. Mix this with the cut up chicken and pour in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Mix the buttermilk, flour, salt, margarine and pepper.
    Pour over top of chicken.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes in a 425\u00b0 oven.
    Serve hot.
