Grandmother'S Tennessee Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

1 stick oleo or butter
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
2 c. sliced fresh peaches, sweetened to taste (about 1 c.)
Preparation

Melt
oleo

casserole in 350\u00b0 oven.
Make batter using flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and milk.
Pour into casserole.\tDon't
stir.
Place peaches on top of butter evenly; don't
stir.

350\u00b0 about 1 hour.\tServe hot with milk or whipped cream, if desired.
