Cheese Roll #1 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 small onion
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 lb. Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic
chili powder or paprika
Preparation

Soften cream cheese.
Blend in lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.
Put Cheddar cheese, garlic, onion and pecans through food chopper, using fine blade.
Blend mixtures together thoroughly. Cover and chill. Divide mixture into 2 balls or 1 large round ball. Coat one with chili powder or paprika. Roll the other in chopped parsley or pecans.
Chill. Slice thin. Surround with a variety of wafers.
