Rice Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1/4 c. margarine
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Combine remaining ingredients, including egg yolks.
    Fold in egg whites.
    Fry in patties.
    Cover with mushroom soup and 1/2 can of canned milk.
    Cover and heat until hot.
