Spaghetti And Meat Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. your favorite pasta
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. chopped onion
    3 cloves garlic
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    2 (28 oz.) cans tomatoes
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. dried basil
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 green pepper
    20 mushrooms
Preparation
    In a 5-quart Dutch oven, heat oil over medium heat.
    Add onion, garlic, parsley and ground beef; cook 10 minutes or until browned.
    In blender container, place 1 can of tomatoes; blend
    on high speed 30 seconds or until chopped.
    Hand squash the second can of tomatoes.
    Add to onion mixture.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, 1 to 3 hours.
    Serve over your favorite pasta.
