Goes On Anything Barbeque Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. catsup
1/3 c. water
1/8 c. cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. prepared brown mustard
2 Tbsp. lemon or orange juice
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. hot chili powder
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. Tabasco sauce (optional)
Preparation

Saute
onion in 1 teaspoon diet
or
regular
margarine. Add remaining ingredients and cook, simmer 25 minutes, blending well. Pour over chicken
parts, chops, etc.
if baking.
Brush on grilled poultry
or
meat
(for
barbecue)\tduring\tcooking. Recipe is easily increased.
May
be
made\tahead and stored in refrigerator up to 1 week.\tMay be frozen up to 3 months.
Thaw before using at room temperature.
