Sour Cream Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, sliced
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. Italian salad dressing
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
    1 (2 oz.) jar dried pimiento, drained
Preparation
    Wash potatoes and cook in boiling salted water to cover 30 minutes or until tender; drain and cool completely.
    Peel and cube potatoes; combine potatoes, eggs and celery in large bowl; toss gently.
    Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, salad dressing, lemon juice, salt and pepper in small bowl; stir well.
    Pour over potato mixture, tossing gently.
    Cover and chill thoroughly.
    Just before serving, add relish and pimiento.
