Baked Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. Port wine
    1/4 c. frozen apple concentrate, defrosted
    1/4 c. raisins
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    4 baking apples (red Rome)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In small saucepan, heat wine and juice until mixture boils; turn off.
    Add raisins and cinnamon; stir. Cover and let set for 15 minutes.
    Core each apple, leaving at least 1/2 inch of bottom intact.
    Score around bottom of apple and peel to score line.
    Place apples in a glass baking dish so they are not touching.
    Stuff with juice soaked raisins; spoon remaining juice evenly over apples.
    Put water in dish to cover 1/3 inch.
    Cover with aluminum foil.
    Bake 20 minutes.
    Remove foil; bake 20 minutes.
