Squash Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 fresh unpeeled squash, thinly sliced
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    2 ripe tomatoes, chopped
    1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Parboil squash about 3 minutes.
    Drain.
    Combine remaining ingredients, except for bread crumbs and butter.
    Place in baking dish, alternate squash with filling.
    Top with bread crumbs and melted butter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
