Grandma Woodard'S Pecan Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. milk
    5 eggs
    2 c. plain flour (reserve 1 Tbsp.)
    1/2 tsp. mace (optional)
    1 level tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. lemon rind, grated
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    2 1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Cream first 3 ingredients well.
    Then add the remaining ingredients (eggs one at a time, stirring after each) and cream well.
    Mix pecans and raisins with 1 tablespoon flour.
    Then add this to the batter mix.
    Bake in a tube pan at 325\u00b0 approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes.
    Start the oven out cool with cake.
