Baked Bear Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

bear chops, about 1 1/2-inches thick
salt and pepper
brown sugar
lemon slices
ketchup
Preparation

Place the chops in a baking pan, salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle a teaspoon of brown sugar over each chop and top with slice of lemon.
Cover the chops with a mixture of equal parts ketchup and water.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 2 hours or until tender.
