Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. catsup
    1 Tbsp. thyme
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    2 tsp. black pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 1/2 Tbsp. white mustard seed
    5 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    5 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1/4 c. vinegar (cider)
    5 bouillon cubes
    1 3/4 c. chopped celery
    1 large chopped bell pepper
    3 qt. water
    2 1/2 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. hot sauce
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 stick margarine
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 large onion, chopped
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch, dissolved in a little warm water
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large pot.
    Simmer for 6 hours.
