Freezer Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage, shredded
    1 carrot, grated
    1 green pepper, chopped finely
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. vinegar
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Add salt to cabbage and let stand 1 hour.
    Then squeeze out and add carrot and green pepper.
    While cabbage is standing, make syrup of water, vinegar, sugar, celery salt and mustard seed.
    Mix and boil one minute.
    Let stand until lukewarm.
    Pour over cabbage mixture, put into containers and freeze.
