Rhubarb Raisin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            2 c. rhubarb, finely sliced
 
1 c. sugar
dash salt
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 c. cracker crumbs (12 small squares)
1/2 c. raisins
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
- 
                            Combine rhubarb and sugar; let stand 10 minutes.
 
Stir in egg, cracker crumbs, raisins and butter.
Pour into a pastry-lined 9 inch pie plate; cover with top crust.
Bake in hot (400\u00b0) oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
