Easy Cheesy Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    2 c. bread crumbs (4 slices bread)
    1 c. tomato juice
    1/3 c. chopped onions
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. beef-flavored instant bouillon
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    6 slices American cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except cheese and mix well.
    In shallow baking dish, shape half the mixture into loaf.
    Cut 4 slices of cheese into strips and arrange on meat.
    Top with remaining meat and press edges together to seal.
    Bake 1 hour; pour off fat.
    Top with remaining cheese slices.
    Refrigerate leftovers.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
