Dark Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. molasses
    4 c. self-rising flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1/2 c. chopped English walnuts
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3 c. grated zucchini
Preparation
    Beat eggs and brown sugar.
    Add vanilla, zucchini and molasses.
    Sift dry ingredients together and stir into batter. Add nuts.
    Bake in a greased and floured cake pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
