Chicken N' Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chickens, stewed and boned
    8 to 9 c. crumbled corn bread
    3 to 4 slices bread
    1 1/4 c. chopped onions
    3/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt or to taste
    2 Tbsp. ground sage
    3 eggs
    celery (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all of the ingredients except the chicken.
    Pour 5 to 6 cups chicken broth over and mix well with potato masher to a thick batter consistency.
    Mix the ingredients right into the baking pan.
    After mixing, press the chicken pieces into the mixture, almost covering the chicken.
    Add a little more broth to the top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour until brown or set.
    Serve with giblet gravy.
