Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large chicken breasts or 2 whole chickens
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    16 oz. sour cream
    1 stick margarine
    2 tsp. poppy seed
    20 to 24 Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Boil chicken and debone.
    Place chicken in 9 x 12-inch pan. Combine soup and sour cream.
    Mix well and stir in poppy seed. Spread evenly over chicken.
    Crumble crackers and spread over chicken.
    Melt margarine and pour over crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until browned.
