Sharon Rainey'S Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. pecans
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 1/4 c. oil
    2 c. strawberries, thawed and sliced (with juice)
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together.
    Add liquid to dry ingredients and mix well.
    Put into 2 small greased and floured pans.
    Fill about 1/2 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour.
    Cool 5 minutes before removing from pan.
    Serve plain or with confectioners icing.
