Five Cheese Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. vermicelli spaghetti
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 small clove garlic, minced
1 c. sharp Cheddar, shredded
1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. Provolone cheese, shredded
5 oz. smokey Cheddar, shredded (or 1 additional c. sharp Cheddar)
1 qt. milk
paprika
salt and pepper
Preparation

Cook and drain spaghetti.
Mix cheeses together in bowl. Butter 9 x 13-inch dish.
Sprinkle garlic, dry mustard and Worcestershire sauce on bottom of dish.
Make 3 layers of spaghetti, salt and pepper, paprika, cheese and dot with butter. Pour milk over all.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes, stir from bottom, recover with foil, return to oven for 20 minutes.
Stir and bake 15 minutes.
