Laplands - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg yolks
    2/3 c. flour
    2/3 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 stiffly beaten egg whites
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon-colored, 4 to 5 minutes. Blend in flour, milk, sugar, butter and salt.
    Beat 2 to 3 minutes.
    Gently fold in egg whites.
    Fill 2 well-greased muffin pans 2/3 full.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Serve with butter or jam.
