Parmesan Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. thick fish fillets
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. celery seed
pepper to taste
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. minced onion
1/2 tsp. basil
4 Tbsp. parsley
4 Tbsp. fine bread crumbs
paprika to color
Preparation

Score
fillets.
Put
in buttered baking dish. Salt and pepper.
Mix
mayonnaise,
cheese,\tonion,\tbasil and parsley. Spread
on fish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and paprika.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes. Serves 6.
