Pork Chop Casserole A La Sibyl - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. rice, washed
1 stick margarine, melted
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
4 c. water
6 pork chops
Preparation

Place rice in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Pour margarine over rice. Combine soup mix and water and cook until hot.
Pour over rice. Season pork chops.
Lay on top of rice.
Cook, uncovered, for 1 hour at 400\u00b0.
Serves 6.
