Homemade Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. warm water
    3 pkg. yeast
    1 c. powdered milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    3 Tbsp. salt
    5 lb. flour (plus some)
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water and powdered milk. Add all other ingredients. Mix well. Knead for at least 10 minutes. Put back in greased bowl and let rise until double, punch down and let rise again.
