Pineapple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple, drained (reserve 6 Tbsp. juice)
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
reserved juice
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1/4 c. melted margarine
Preparation

Put the pineapple in a casserole dish.
Mix the sugar, flour and reserved juice.
Pour over the pineapple.
Top with the cheese.
Mix the cracker crumbs and melted margarine.
Spread on top of cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
