Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. rice
    2 c. skim milk
    1 egg
    1 egg white
    1/4 c. raisins
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    cinnamon to taste
Preparation
    Lightly beat egg and egg white together.
    Mix rice with skim milk, egg, raisins, sugar and cinnamon.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until thick (about 5 minutes after milk boils).
    Makes 4 servings.
