Baked Ziti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. Italian sausage, cut into slices
1/3 c. chopped onions
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
2 c. eggplant, pared and cut into strips
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
3 c. uncooked ziti
3 1/2 c. spaghetti sauce
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
-
Brown sausage, onions, garlic, mushrooms and eggplant.
Saute until vegetables are tender; drain off fat.
Add salt and pepper. Set aside.
