Breakfast Before - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    2 c. milk
    4 slices bread, cut into cubes
    1 tsp. salt
    6 eggs
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Saute sausage and drain well.
    Beat eggs with milk, salt and mustard.
    In a 9 x 13-inch pan, line casserole with cubed bread squares; sprinkle sausage over bread, then grated cheese over sausage.
    Pour egg mixture over all.
    Refrigerate, covered (foil will do), overnight.
    The next morning, bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
    Casserole will be firm when cooked.
    Cut into squares.
