Garlic Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburg or ground poultry
    3 to 4 cloves of garlic, minced
    1 medium or large onion, minced
    1 egg
    1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly, using a food processor.
    Form into small balls.
    Fry or boil on greased surface for 10 to 15 minutes, turning every so often.
