Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. zucchini
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Peel and shred zucchini.
    Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Add oil, sugar, vanilla and zucchini.
    Mix well.
    Add flour, salt, soda, baking powder and cinnamon.
    Mix well.
    Add nuts and mix again.
    Put into 2 well-greased loaf pans.
    Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
