Quick As A Wink Chili Rellenos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7-8 medium green chili peppers (heat, steam, peel and seed, or 14 oz. canned green chilies)
    4 eggs lightly beaten with 1/4 c milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    5-6 corn tortillas
    10 oz. can rotel
    8 oz. Monterrey Jack cheese, grated
Preparation
    If using fresh peppers, after peeling and seeding, cook in microwave on high for 2 minutes with 1 Tbsp. water in a covered pyrex dish.
    (To be sure they are well done for main dish.)
