Triple-Cheese Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided
    1 c. Ricotta cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    8 manicotti shells, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Combine water, tomato sauce and spaghetti sauce mix in a small saucepan.
    Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
    Mix 1 cup Mozzarella, Ricotta, Parmesan, eggs, salt and pepper.
    Stuff cheese mixture into cooked shells, using about 1/4 cup for each shell.
